General Donations

Unfortunately, LSA/HOME no longer accepts general in-kind donations due to space/storage limitations. However, we are always open to coordinating donations of items that our shelters are currently in need of. To find out what is needed, please

With the growing popularity of donor advised fund (DAF) accounts, the American public has clearly embraced the use of such charitable accounts to express their philanthropy. A donor-advised fund provides a flexible way for donors to pass money through to charities—an alternative to direct giving or creating a private foundation.

Lynn Shelter Association is an IRS-qualified 501(c)(3) charity organization.

IN-MEMORY OR HONORARIUM

If you would like to give a gift in memory or to honor an individual or family, LSA will prepare a special card for the family of the honoree.

Amazon Wish Lists

For most of us moving is a pain! However, for our clients, moving day is one of the best days of their lives. We have compiled a list of items that will help to alleviate some of the stress our clients face when they are moving into permanent housing. Consider purchasing specific items for our clients moving into permanent housing as a gift. As a thank you, we will share a photo of our client with the donated items.
